.We choose to look at the world a certain way-is it black and white or grey? We choose how to interact with the world around us- to connect with people and things or not? We choose what our beliefs and our belief systems are- are our lives directed by our values or not? We choose how to treat and feed our bodies- are we active or not ,do we feed our bodies or stuff them with junk.?All these choices produce results-good, bad ,happy, or sad! How we choose to look at the results is also totally up to us! But these choices absolutely can and do make a difference on the quality of our health.
I believe because we have so much access to information and we have become a society of wanting immediate results we have forgotten our health has happened over time and there is absolutely nothing that will effectively and responsibly change the state of our health for the better-immediately. We did not just wake up with what ever health we have...we worked at it! That's right we worked at it! From the time we were born to now, we have been laying the ground work for the health we have now.
I hear you, "we had no control over when we were babies or when we were young", maybe? Now though, you are mature adults with the ability to think and choose your ways of being. You can choose to have a health that allows the life you want or choose the health that dictates what you can or can't do.
Health is a get to and you get to choose what health you want!
