Perfect for people who would like to improve their mobility, balance and overall health and fitness-all without the destructive forces of gravity. It is great for athletes and non-athletes, for people of all ages. If poor joint mobility or past injuries or both have limited your workout possibilities then this program is what you are looking for! Classes can also be tailored for specific group needs or individuals.
