I mentioned before that your life is your health which is also true. Lets take a look at what your life "health " is. Now I am not talking about..."does this blog make my ass look big" way of looking at your health.. I'm saying lets look your health from from a complete, non-judgmental perspective.
How do you do things? How do you look at things? How do you eat( there he goes with the diet thing again)? How do you interact with the world around you? What kind of activities do you do? Notice I said activities, not exercise, not all of us exercise but we may be active. I will go more into depth on this later.
Now take an honest look at the answers to those questions. Don't judge the answers just notice the answers. Also "look" at the results again not from a judgmental perspective or from a " they say I should look and be x" perspective but from a "this is who I am and is this working for me" perspective. Because the health you have or can achieve is based strictly on you-what you have done, what you can do, what your willing to do and what is realistic and responsible for YOU. There is a scientific basis to health-blood pressure, blood sugars, lipid levels, etc., etc., and they are important but realize these numbers were done on small populations/numbers- they are averages- well constructed averages but averages all the same.
You have to understand, accept and own everything about you to understand how all those numbers pertain to you specifically. Please don't believe you have to hit exactly all those numbers or look and do
what "THEY" say. Do what is effective and responsible for you!! After all your health is about YOU! Not about "THEY or THEM"
You are the difference!
